Kelly Neelon, Ph.D.

Kelly Neelon, Vice President of Technical Operations of Phoenix Tissue Repair, is a product development professional with over 15 years of industry experience in biotech and pharmaceutical drug development. She has made significant contributions to the development and commercialization of multiple approved products throughout her career. Prior to joining Phoenix, Dr. Neelon served as Senior Director of Sterile Product Development at TESARO where she was responsible for sterile product development and CMC strategy for multiple late-stage assets. She held previous roles with increasing responsibility at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Dyax, Abbott, Organogenesis, and Genetics Institute. Dr. Neelon earned her Ph.D. in biochemistry from Boston College. She received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
